Our ordering process is simple! Blackwater has an easy-to-follow timeline to ensure your products are created on time.

  • Find the product

    Flip through some inspiration on our products page, or visit our social media to customize your order. Take notes of what you like, and don’t like–we can take it from there.

  • Secure your spot

    Our current lead time on order is 5 months and rising! Since it’s a one-man business, to make sure you are on the books please place an order through our website. By ordering you are paying for the deposit price.

    Deposits are $500 for Console Lids. Other product deposits are half of the total price. 
    DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

    Once you are on the books–Seth will give you a few weeks’ notice to complete your customization requests before starting to work on the product. This includes colors, tooling requests, artwork preferences, and more.

    ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS YOU HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH SETH TO ENSURE PRICING, SIZING AND CUSTOMIZATION PREFERENCES

  • Paying the invoice

    Once your product is finalized, we will send an invoice for you to complete the payment of the project. Payment options are listed below and are asked to be paid as soon as possible.
    Pricing of a product does not include shipping and handling and will be added to your final invoice.

Credit Card (with fee)

Venmo and Cash App do not have fees. Please pay directly to either account.
